The Pompey Centre is Portsmouth’s DIY mecca being the home to the only B&Q in the City and one of the most successful trade centres in the UK. It is located next door to Fratton Park the home of football within the City. Portsmouth Football Club is one of the best and most enthusiastically locally supported football clubs in the Premier League and consequently this is one of the City’s most visited and well known locations – a true landmark!

The Pompey Centre houses mainly, but not exclusively DIY. Situated on the park as well are two auto centres, Formula 1 and Mr Clutch; ARCO, one of the UK’s premier suppliers of safety equipment and clothing; and a branch of Carpetright, one of the UK’s largest carpet retailers. The development also provides significant community benefit being also home to The Sunnyside GP surgery one of Portsmouth’s newest and most modern doctor’s surgeries. Next door to the surgery is a Lloyd’s pharmacy whilst above it is a branch of the local Primary Care Trust.
